Enter Result Manually.

To enter the new result into the database, you can click the manual Update > Update Manually or click the icon as shown.

You should see the record dialog below. We have simplified the updating and modifying records in a manner similar to the popular excel spreadsheet format.

Add a Record.

Click the Add button to add a new blank line at the bottom of the view. Type the draw number and the result into the appropriate cells. This new record will be prefix with a “+” mark indicating it is a new record as shown below.

Edit a Record.

You can make changes to a record by double clicking on the cells. It will change the mouse pointer into an input cursor within the cell, make the necessary change and finish by “Enter” key or click another cell. Take note that when you have made changes to a particular record, the record number will be prefixed with a “*” symbol.

Insert a Record.

You can also insert a record in between. Click the row that you like to insert at, click the Insert button. This will insert an additional row before the highlighted row. Same as above, the new record will be prefixed with a “+” symbol.

Delete a record.

You can delete a record or a range of records by highlighting the row or rows and follow by the Delete button. A warning message box will prompt to confirm you action.

All the above changes you made will only be committed when you click the OK button. If you click the Cancel button, all changes will be revealed back to the original state.
