This is a frequency distribution chart that shows the occurance of data in the selected column. With this chart, you can visually see which segment of the statistic having a better distribution than the rest.

Displaying a single column chart

You must click on the column that you want to check before you click on the distribution chart icon.

You will see the Distribution Chart dialog box been display on top of your screen. The chart is using the statistic within the column. The whole range of values are summarised into the chart. The chart will automatic re-size according to your computer screen size.

The value on the left columns are the frequency hit count. The bottom row value are the numbers or data been analyse. Each data will has a different hit count and it is shown by the blue bar length. The higher the blue bar, the more hit count. The Per% row is the hit count in percentage points.

Displaying a multiple columns charts

You will see the Distribution Chart dialog box been display on top of your screen. These chart include all the data of the highlighted columns.
